Private 1 to 1 yoga sessions tailored to your individual needs


Ideal for individuals with:

  • Limitations, disabilities or special needs.
  • Physical limitations that prevent you from joining a group class such as:
    Back problems, arthritis, osteoporosis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, cancer, heart problems and people recovering from illness or injury to name just a few conditions.
  • If you are too busy to come to attend a class.
  • You are a beginner and feel you need some personal guidance and want to have a good understanding of the foundations of yoga.
  • Gentle yoga is especially beneficial for the elderly, helping to increase mobility and reduce the aches and pains of aging.

Not everyone wishes to attend a regular yoga class for many reasons, for example, work or family commitments and individual requirements; but feel that they would benefit from yoga tuition.

Whether the aim is to strengthen and tone the body or there is a specific health problem, certain groups of simple postures, relaxation techniques and breathing exercises are prescribed to promote physical and mental well-being.

The initial session will begin with a brief consultation in order to determine the individual needs and create a personal yoga plan.


£55 per session (90 MIN) to be paid at the end of the session.

Or £200 for 4 sessions (90 MIN) to be paid in advance at the time of booking.

An additional charge of £5 for couples classes.

Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer.
