Not everyone wishes to attend a regular yoga class for many reasons, for example, work or family commitments and individual requirements; but feel that they would benefit from yoga tuition.
Whether the aim is to strengthen and tone the body or there is a specific health problem, certain groups of simple postures, relaxation techniques and breathing exercises are prescribed to promote physical and mental well-being.
The initial session will begin with a brief consultation in order to determine the individual needs and create a personal yoga plan.
£55 per session (90 MIN) to be paid at the end of the session.
Or £200 for 4 sessions (90 MIN) to be paid in advance at the time of booking.
An additional charge of £5 for couples classes.
Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer.
