Your programme will include a simple yet effective Plus Size Yoga programme of postures personalised to your specific needs.
You will receive an Initial Consultation Questionnaire, in order to establish your specific needs so I can develop your own personal manual of postures and your own bespoke guided meditation we will be covering throughout your programme.
