Not everyone wishes to attend a regular yoga class for many reasons, for example, work or family commitments and individual requirements; but feel that they would benefit from yoga tuition.
Whether the aim is to strengthen and tone the body or there is a specific health problem, certain groups of simple postures, relaxation techniques and breathing exercises are prescribed to promote physical and mental well-being.
The initial session will begin with a brief consultation in order to determine your individual needs and create your own personal yoga plan.
